The Challenge

Create a new campaign based on social media and the availability of Fairwinds Credit Union to their customers via Facebook and mobile devices. Fairwinds is “Wherever You Are”.

Our Strategy

Combine elements of Facebook and online elements into the availability of Fairwinds to their customers. Fairwinds launched a new banking app in 2010. This app allowed this local credit union to compete with the convenience and availability of the larger banks in Florida. With social media having such a prominent presence in today’s society, we created a campaign that combined Facebook status updates with new Fairwinds customers. Combining customers with Facebook alert bubbles created a campaign ages 18-35 can identify with. Weather you were in your car or in the grocery store line, Fairwinds is “Wherever You Are”.
